I have 2+ years of customer-facing technical support experience in the tech industry — diagnosing issues across hardware, software and connectivity, and walking people through fixes in plain language, often under pressure.
I'm now moving into formal IT support, networking and cybersecurity, building on a Master of Applied IT, a home lab, and hands-on project work across cloud infrastructure, security assessment and application development.

- Built and managed a virtualised Windows Server environment on Hyper-V, configuring Active Directory, DHCP and DNS.
- Implemented an OPNsense firewall to segment traffic and apply security policies.
- Created and managed user accounts and OUs, and applied basic Group Policy Objects for security and configuration.
- Simulated Microsoft 365 admin tasks — user provisioning and licence management — following cloud identity best practices.
